Results

Designed and shipped a native MVP in a 3-month build, as sole designer on a 3-developer team, replacing a failed web-wrapper app the company had killed for low adoption
Redesigned the two highest-friction enrolment steps — prescription evidence and BMI photo verification — turning rejection into a guided, non-punitive step instead of a dead end
Built a mobile design system from existing Daisy UI, Tailwind, and iOS components, keeping design a step ahead of a 1–2 feature-per-week shipping cadence
Reached full feature parity with the web app, with every flow adapted

About

AIOS is a telehealth startup building the first AI-embedded operating system for clinics. It operates as Fella Health in the US and Bolt Pharmacy in the UK, with GLP-1 weight management as its flagship product. Because these are prescription medications requiring clinical oversight, every patient completes a multi-step enrolment before their first order — including uploading prescription evidence and a full-body photo for BMI assessment, screened by AI before a clinician reviews.
