UST partnered with us to analyse its intranet platform and identify ways to make it more engaging for its employees. At the time, employees were not engaging with the transactional system, which was primarily focused on tasks such as timesheet submissions. UST hoped to enhance the platform’s user experience and make it easier for employees to complete intranet-related tasks seamlessly. Our goal was to help UST integrate the intranet platform with the needs of its employees, providing an engaging and interactive experience.
