It all started with a comprehensive UX audit requested by Dante AI right after we showcased our skills with impactful site redesign. The results revealed significant opportunities for improvement. Years of rapid feature development had created a complex interface that needed streamlining. A platform with incredible capabilities was being held back by confusing navigation and unclear processes.

Initial audit led us to a complete platform overhaul spanning 1000+ screens over 12 weeks.

Over 12 weeks our focus was clear: simplify complex processes without sacrificing functionality. We had to touch every aspect of the platform, from initial onboarding to advanced chatbot management.

The biggest challenge was organizing multiple chatbots and clarifying the creation process. We transformed the cluttered interface into an intuitive dashboard that provides clear statistics and status for each chatbot. Users can now instantly understand their chatbots' performance, activity, and settings at a glance.

We revolutionized the chatbot creation process by splitting it into two distinct phases:
