Her health journey wasn’t just hers. Her husband was hit hard with autoimmune conditions. And her daughter experienced frightening grand mal seizures.

Desperate for solutions, Megan turned to natural healing techniques. Over time, she added these practices to their lives, helping her and her family find peace and wholeness.

Trust Your Intuition: When choosing crystals, let your intuition guide you. You might feel drawn to a particular stone without knowing why, and that’s okay. Trust the energy.

Choose Based on Intentions: If you’re looking for specific healing, you can choose crystals based on their properties.

A few years ago, I walked into Ruby Rose, one of my favorite spots, with an intention to find a Super Seven stone. I had never seen it before, but I wasn’t looking for it either.

As soon as I stepped through the door, it was as if my body had a magnetic pull, guiding me straight to it. The moment I picked it up, I knew it was the one. It was exactly what I needed.

Here’s a quick guide to some common crystals and their uses:

Black Tourmaline: Protection, grounding, and blocking negative energy.

Rose Quartz: Love, harmony, and emotional healing.

Selenite: Cleansing energy, clearing stagnant or negative vibrations.

She shares that her crystals are in her plants, next to her kids’ beds, in her car, and even in her wallet. This thought-out placement helps to bring her daily surroundings with positive energy.

A few weeks ago, Mark and I attended one of Megan's Friday night healing circles.  The healing circles are a bunch of people cocooned in their blankets on their yoga mat. We were surrounded by the harmonious blend of music and drum ensembles. 

It was a beautiful, euphoric and enlightening experience. The frequencies from the music made my body feel electric and my heart chakra released. I found the space so helpful for letting go of built-up stress and emotion.
