The brief

I was brought on board by Aanika's creative agency to guide the client through a messaging and brand strategy process. Aanika was then operating under a previous name, but wanted to change it and level up their brand communications to better reflect the direction the business was taking. Following the strategy work, I was asked to write the website's copy.

The work

I took the client and creative teams through my proprietary strategy process, which includes discovery and research, a series of facilitated workshops (including discussions, exercises and models), and then the creation of a brand and messaging strategy that included:
Purpose, vision and mission
Brand values and what they mean in context
Target audience profiles
Key message
Brand promise
Brand positioning
Brand story
Unique selling points
Functional and emotional benefits
Brand archetype
Brand voice.

Results

I delivered a clear, detailed but easy-to-implement messaging and brand strategy. The copy came together beautifully with the visual design on Aanika's website, and the agency and client teams were both very happy.
