Overview

GTM Engineer School is a modern education platform focused on helping operators, founders, and growth professionals become high-level GTM (Go-To-Market) engineers. As the brand evolved with new podcast initiatives, updated cohorts, and a growing audience, the existing website no longer reflected the direction and ambition of the company.
I was brought in to redesign and rebuild the entire web experience in Framer, working closely with co-founder Matteo to shape a stronger digital identity that felt modern, distinctive, and scalable for future growth.
My role covered website design, Framer development, CMS architecture, and collaborative brand exploration to ensure the final experience aligned with the company’s evolving vision.

Challenge

GTM Engineer School was entering a new phase of growth. With the launch of a new podcast, upcoming cohorts, and an expanding community, the previous website no longer communicated the level of professionalism, clarity, and uniqueness the brand needed.
The challenge wasn’t simply redesigning a website — it was redefining how the brand presented itself online.
The new experience needed to:
Create a stronger and more recognizable visual identity
Position the platform as a premium learning experience
Support multiple content types including cohorts, instructors, investors, and podcast-related content
Improve clarity around the program and value proposition
Feel modern and distinctive in a crowded education and creator space
Maintain high performance, responsiveness, and SEO standards
At the center of the project was a clear goal from Matteo: build something that stands out while still feeling intentional, scalable, and aligned with the future direction of the brand.

Solution & Execution

Brand Exploration & Design Direction

I worked closely with Matteo throughout the project to explore different creative directions and refine the overall visual identity of the platform. Through multiple iterations, we shaped a design system that balanced personality with clarity, creating a brand presence that feels both modern and credible.
The final direction was built to support the growing ecosystem around GTM Engineer School, including the podcast, new cohorts, instructors, and future expansion.
Every page and section was designed with a clear purpose:

Website Design

I designed the full website experience with a strong focus on structure, readability, and conversion flow.
The layout architecture was carefully planned to:
surface important information quickly
make the learning experience feel premium
showcase instructors and previous cohorts effectively
create a scalable foundation for future content updates
The visual system combines bold typography, intentional spacing, and modern interaction patterns to create a polished and engaging experience across the site.

Framer Development

I developed the entire website in Framer, translating the design direction into a fully responsive and production-ready experience.
This included:
Pixel-accurate implementation across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints
CMS setup for cohorts, instructors, and investors
Custom Framer components for showcasing partner and investor logos
Responsive layouts optimized for scalability and future growth
Performance optimization for faster loading speeds
SEO optimization including semantic structure, metadata, and page performance improvements
Animations and interactions were designed to feel smooth and intentional without distracting from the core content experience.

Collaboration

A major part of the project involved close collaboration with Matteo throughout both the branding and web design process.
We worked through multiple feedback rounds and creative explorations to ensure the final outcome aligned with the long-term vision for GTM Engineer School. The iterative process allowed us to refine both the visual identity and user experience until the platform felt cohesive, differentiated, and launch-ready.

Results

The final result was a fully redesigned Framer website that gives GTM Engineer School a stronger and more distinctive online presence.
