Integrate.io full web design

I partnered with Donal and the Integrate.io team to redesign their website and revamp their mascot, bringing a more modern and professional feel that better reflects the company’s growth and maturity.

This project focused on aligning Integrate.io’s visual identity with the scale and sophistication of their product, while improving clarity and lead conversion across the site.

Integrate.io is a cloud-based data integration platform that helps companies move, transform, and manage data across multiple systems with minimal code.

The platform is used to build automated data pipelines that connect databases, SaaS tools, and cloud services, transform raw data into usable formats, and load it into analytics tools or operational systems. By offering low-code and no-code workflows, Integrate.io enables both technical and non-technical teams to manage complex data operations efficiently and at scale.

Integrate.io already had an existing website, but it was designed years earlier during the company’s early launch phase. Since then, the product and team had significantly evolved.

The main challenges were:

The website no longer reflected the professionalism and maturity of the product.

The visual design felt outdated and inconsistent with modern SaaS standards.

The mascot design didn’t align with the brand’s current direction or credibility.

The site structure wasn’t optimized for clear messaging or lead conversion.

The goal was to modernize the experience while keeping the brand recognizable to existing users.

The project scope included:

Redesign of 30+ marketing pages

A full revamp of the Integrate.io mascot to better match the brand’s evolution

Improved layout structure and visual hierarchy

Optimizing pages for clearer messaging and stronger lead conversion

The project began with wireframing and structural planning, working closely with a GTM engineer from the Integrate.io team.

Together, we:

Defined a clear content hierarchy focused on lead conversion

Structured page layouts to better support messaging and product value

Aligned copy and design decisions with GTM goals

Developed a foundational design concept that could scale across all pages

This collaborative approach helped ensure the website served both marketing and business objectives, not just aesthetics.
