Their client base is filled with dynamic, growth-minded professionals who look for simplicity, precision, and forward-thinking solutions that complement their business needs. Reframe’s approach to accounting isn’t just about numbers—it’s about understanding the challenges and aspirations of today’s business owners, providing not only financial insights but also the tools for sustainable growth.
A highlight of Reframe’s client engagement strategy is their annual conference, a valuable gathering for industry insights and peer networking. This event brings together thought leaders, clients, and aspiring entrepreneurs to share knowledge, address industry trends, and form lasting connections. Traditionally, Reframe managed conference outreach and promotion through email campaigns and limited digital channels. However, as the conference continued to grow in scale and importance, Reframe recognized that their approach was missing a crucial element—a dedicated, interactive online platform to fully capture the event’s value and energy.

Compelling Event

Reframe Accounting approached Fri3nds Agency with a clear vision: to amplify their conference’s reach and create an interactive experience that matched the value they delivered in person. Although Reframe’s past promotional efforts effectively communicated the conference’s logistics, they struggled to convey the energy and depth of insight that attendees could expect. Email lists and generic landing pages weren’t capturing the event’s dynamic nature, and this limited Reframe’s ability to attract new participants and build excitement.
Recognizing this gap, Reframe hired us to build a dedicated conference website—a centralized hub to drive attendee engagement, showcase speaker lineups, share session previews, and provide seamless registration. Their goal was not just to inform but to inspire. They wanted to elevate the conference’s online presence, creating a space that reflected their mission to educate and empower entrepreneurs and small business owners. By expanding their digital footprint, Reframe saw an opportunity to establish thought leadership and strengthen their position as a trusted partner in financial innovation.

The Process

Our work with Reframe Accounting began with an in-depth planning phase to understand their goals and audience. Through a series of discovery meetings, Fri3nds collaborated with Reframe to map out the site’s content and essential features, identifying key aspects like attendee registration, speaker profiles, and schedule previews. Our team then developed a wireframe to illustrate the website’s structure, ensuring a smooth flow of information and an intuitive user experience. This initial layout allowed us to fine-tune design elements and gather feedback, refining the site’s visual hierarchy and interactivity before moving forward.
In the execution phase, we turned our wireframe into a fully realized Webflow project. Using frameworks designed for flexibility and easy updates, we developed a CMS structure that would allow Reframe’s team to manage content with ease. Special attention was given to interactive features, including a countdown timer on the homepage to build excitement as the event approached. We also created hover-reveal elements for speaker profiles, adding a layer of engagement for users exploring the lineup. After completing our internal review and quality assurance checks, we collaborated with Reframe for final validation, ensuring every detail was polished and ready for launch.

The countdown timer became a standout feature, pulsing subtly to draw visitors’ attention and building anticipation as the conference date neared. The speaker profiles, which expanded on hover, provided users with immediate insights into each speaker’s expertise, allowing them to explore the lineup in a streamlined, engaging way.
Beyond design, the site’s structure was built for ease of use and long-term adaptability. Fri3nds implemented a flexible CMS that empowered Reframe’s team to update content seamlessly, whether adding last-minute speaker bios or posting schedule changes. Every page was crafted with accessibility in mind, ensuring a smooth experience across devices. The conference website became a central, interactive platform for Reframe to showcase their event, making it easier for attendees to find all the information they needed in one place. With a thoughtful balance of aesthetics and functionality, the final product delivered a professional, captivating experience.
