With over 5000+ students guided, millions in scholarship wins, and a strong record of admits to schools like LBS, Duke, Cornell, and ISB, MastersBuddy helps Indian students navigate the complex study abroad journey with personalized mentorship, step-by-step guidance, and trusted expertise.

🎓 The Process

I approached the project as a complete end-to-end design process, ensuring the website not only looked premium but also drove conversions.

Discovery & Research:

Started with a detailed call with the founders to understand their consultancy process—from student onboarding, university shortlisting, scholarships, loans, to visa support. Also studied competitors to identify gaps.

Collaboration:

Worked closely with founders, content writers, developers, and the SEO team to align design with real business goals—driving qualified student leads.

Core Pages Designed:

Homepage, About, Services, Blogs, Founder’s Pack service.

Universities search engine with QS & FT rankings.

Student login dashboard for IELTS video resources, PDFs, and saved universities.

Profile Evaluator Tool:

Designed an intelligent evaluator where students enter academic scores, work experience, and study abroad goals. The tool generates a detailed profile score with strengths, weaknesses, and tailored recommendations.

Handoff for Development:

Delivered fully structured Figma designs with detailed developer handoff for smooth implementation.
