Directify: Temporary Contact Utility App

Directify is a temporary contact utility app designed for people and businesses that frequently communicate with numbers they do not want to permanently save. The product was shaped around a simple but repeated problem: users often need to message guests, drivers, delivery partners, vendors, service workers, customer enquiries, or one-time business contacts, but saving every number creates unnecessary clutter in the phonebook.
I designed Directify to reduce this flow from multiple steps into one clear action, allowing users to enter a number and open WhatsApp directly. Along with the main direct-message flow, I designed two supporting flows: temporary saved contacts and call or chat history, giving users a cleaner way to manage short-term communication.
The interface uses soft visual hierarchy, simple navigation, friendly illustrations, and category-based contact cards to keep the experience lightweight and practical. My focus was to reduce contact clutter, make repeat communication faster, and create a utility experience that works across hospitality, small business operations, delivery coordination, customer support, and everyday personal use.

Built for multiple use cases: hospitality, delivery coordination, vendor communication, customer support, service enquiries.
Reduced contact list clutter. Temporary numbers can stay inside Directify instead of becoming permanent phone contacts.
