Flow Open School: Community Education Website

Flow Open School is a community-led education website designed for a learning space in Thamkhet village, Kalikot, Nepal. The school supports children through accessible, human-centered education rooted in movement, nature, creativity, and community.

The main problem was not just to create a website, but to communicate a sensitive, grassroots initiative with clarity, dignity, and emotional honesty.

I designed the website to help visitors quickly understand what Flow Open School is, why it exists, who is behind it, and how they can support it. The content needed to balance storytelling, trust-building, donation intent, and community representation without making the project feel like a typical charity campaign.

I structured the experience around a simple narrative: a small village, a big dream, the people building it, the children it supports, and the ways others can contribute.

The visual direction was kept warm, human, and grounded, using photography, soft layouts, clear sections, and direct calls to action to make the story easy to follow.

My focus was on turning a deeply local initiative into a credible digital presence that could build trust, explain the mission, and invite support from donors, volunteers, and people interested in alternative education.
