Codemonk is an AI-driven company that helps businesses find tech talent. They offer a variety of services, including hiring freelance or full-time developers, data scientists, and designers. It was a project to redesign the entire website to solve user problems. Usability was the major problem that the website was having, like poor navigation, too many steps to complete tasks, unfamiliar UX patterns, which increased the website’s learning curve, poor website performance (SEO), and design inconsistencies.

MY ROLE: Product Designer and Webflow designer

Started by first decluttering the website and choosing content, which helped to create a clear idea of a well-organized and clean website.

Then brainstormed with the existing brand system that we were using to ensure that we didn't deviate too much from the design and created a decent and clean responsive design.
