Desirability testing for a collaborative marketplace for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to efficiently buy and sell supplies, partnering with a leading Fintech company in Europe. Over a span of 8 weeks, we achieved significant milestones, including the development of a design prototype, conducting extensive user interviews and surveys, and analyzing desirability in various markets and industries.

Design Prototype Development: Within the initial weeks, leading designers and developers to craft a comprehensive design prototype for the collaborative marketplace. This prototype incorporated essential features and intuitive user interfaces to ensure a seamless user experience.

User Interviews and Surveys: To ensure the marketplace catered to the specific needs of SMEs, we conducted more than 100 interviews with professionals across six markets and seven industries. Valuable feedback from these interactions guided us in refining and optimizing the platform.
