TTC Ad Campaign – BEA’s Official Launch (2023)

In 2023, I led the strategic development and execution of a six-month TTC ad campaign to support the official launch of the Black Entrepreneurship Alliance (BEA). This campaign aimed to increase brand awareness, drive program participation, and establish BEA as a key player in Toronto’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Key Contributions:
Campaign Strategy & Execution – Developed a targeted marketing plan to maximize visibility across key TTC stations, ensuring strategic ad placements in high-traffic areas.
Ad Design & Messaging – Oversaw the creation of bold, eye-catching visuals and compelling messaging that spoke directly to Black entrepreneurs and business owners.
Budget & Media Buying – Managed a $20,000+ advertising budget, coordinating with media buyers to ensure optimal ad placements and cost-effective reach.
Multi-Station Rollout – Executed a six-month ad placement across multiple TTC stations, reaching thousands of daily commuters and potential BEA members.
Performance Tracking & Engagement – Monitored campaign impact through digital engagement metrics, social media traction, and direct inquiries from new audiences.
This campaign successfully elevated BEA’s brand presence, positioned it as a resource hub for Black entrepreneurs, and drove increased interest in its programs and initiatives.
