For BEA’s 3rd Anniversary—Impact³, I led the end-to-end marketing and creative direction, ensuring the campaign was bold, engaging, and aligned with BEA’s mission of amplifying Black entrepreneurship. My role spanned strategy development, content creation, and event promotion, driving significant engagement and attendance.
My Contributions:
Campaign Strategy & Messaging
Developed the Impact³ campaign theme and messaging, emphasizing “Be the Impact” and “The Audacity for the Future.”
Crafted a strategic rollout plan with a structured content calendar, ensuring consistent and compelling storytelling.
Designed a marketing strategy that positioned BEA as an ecosystem leader in entrepreneurship and innovation.
Creative Direction & Visual Identity
Led the direction for all campaign assets, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across digital and print materials.
Collaborated with designers, videographers, and content creators to execute high-quality graphics, videos, and social content.
Oversaw the Impact³ video production, from concept to execution, weaving together BEA’s history, milestones, and future vision into a compelling narrative.
Launched an aggressive two-week promotional push, resulting in over 600 event registrations.
Developed email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn updates, targeting both existing BEA members and potential new audiences.
Managed on-site content capture and real-time event coverage, ensuring attendees remained engaged and connected.
Performance Analysis & Impact Reporting
Tracked social media engagement, event registrations, and brand mentions to measure the campaign’s success.
Compiled insights and takeaways to inform future BEA marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and brand evolution.
Through this campaign, Impact³ didn’t just celebrate three years of BEA—it reinforced its vision for the future. The event solidified BEA’s role in empowering Black entrepreneurs, and the marketing efforts ensured its message reached the right people, in the right way, at the right time.
