Refactor and maintain the application while continuously developing new features. Find the product-market fit in a rapidly changing environment.

Process:

• Took the role of lead engineer, responsible for major refactoring tasks including new database schema and front-end architecture.
• Managed another developer and occasionally coordinated the team.
• Adapted the application to various changes in an effort to find the product-market fit in a fast-paced environment.

Result:

• Successfully maintained and adapted the application to meet the evolving needs of a startup that raised $1 million.
