I led a full-scale redesign for The Fittest, a fitness brand specializing in performance products. The project involved revamping the entire website, including the homepage, navigation, shop, product pages, and other crucial pages.

By focusing on user experience and conversion rate optimization, I was able to increase their conversion rate by 50%. I handled every aspect of the project, from wireframing and design in Figma to development in Webflow and Shopify, delivering a seamless and high-converting e-commerce platform.

Starting with a user-centric design approach, I mapped out wireframes and prototypes in Figma to ensure seamless navigation and visual consistency. Once the design was approved, I moved on to Webflow for development, creating responsive layouts optimized for both desktop and mobile users. For the Shopify pages, including the shop landing page, product pages, and category pages, I custom-built sections using code and integrated dynamic Shopify settings. This allowed the client to easily update content without needing technical expertise, while maintaining a high-quality user experience.

The redesigned website not only saw a 50% increase in conversion rate but also improved overall site performance, loading speed, and user satisfaction. The client can also easily manage their website with the power of Webflow components and Shopify custom sections.
