Startup Business Model Validation

I participated in a team of 5 consultants which conducted a Business Model Validation project for a client in the non-profit sector, with the objective of creating a viable business model to help the client’s organization become financially sustainable while adhering to its original vision.

As part of 180 DC’s Winter Semester (November 2021 - February 2022), I contributed to the organization by:

• Devising three sets of surveys aimed at high school and university surveys to validate the

problem stated by the client;

• Carrying out a conjoint analysis to help determine customer preferences for the composition

of the client’s product;

• Analysing in a detailed manner the companies and NGO’s that could become the client’s

main partners across different areas of mutual cooperation;

• Providing mission-critical insights into the target groups’ preferences and mindset;

• Presenting her share of the research in client presentations;
