Electricity Rates – Short Animation

I created a short explainer animation for Electricity Rates, a platform that allows customers to compare electricity plans by location and choose the most cost-effective option.

Challenge: The main challenge was to simplify a potentially complex process—rate comparison—into something quick, engaging, and easy to grasp.

Resolution & Process: I started by mapping out a storyboard that outlined each step of the customer journey, then designed clean motion graphics paired with concise messaging to highlight the platform’s value. The final animation used smooth transitions, icons, and a friendly tone to guide viewers through entering their location, reviewing available rates, and making an informed decision—all within a few seconds.

The result was an engaging, accessible animation that clearly communicated the brand’s purpose while keeping the viewer’s attention.
