We’ve designed Table - a SaaS-based ERP system for restaurants and cafes, combining full operational management with a branded mobile app for end users. The platform supports detailed table reservations, interactive floor planning, customer tracking, and performance analytics.
Managers can build and adjust floor layouts with ease, monitor live table availability, and manage bookings based on guest preferences. Client data is automatically captured, helping staff deliver personalized service. Guests use the white-label mobile app to select tables, set preferences, and book directly, all within the venue’s visual identity.

From Floors to Furniture: Full Control Over Venue Space

Venue owners using Table can independently design the layout of their space, specifying the number of floors, terraces, bar areas, VIP sections, lounge zones, or any other required areas. The interactive editor allows them to place all available tables across the map—regardless of their shape, size, or configuration, whether they’re round, rectangular, corner setups, long communal tables, or equipped with sofas or individual chairs.
To support this flexibility, we built an extensive library of table types and developed a highly configurable module system. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making complex layouts easy to create without technical expertise.

From Single Outlet to Global Network — Managed in One Place

Even large restaurant chains can manage all their locations through a single, centralized workspace in Table. New venues can be added or edited effortlessly, with each one having its own customizable profile and settings.
Operators can monitor popular dishes, track order trends specific to each location, and connect Google Reviews to stay updated on guest feedback. The system also provides clear insights into top-performing items and venues, helping teams compare performance and make data-driven decisions across the entire network.

Built-In CRM for Personalized Hospitality

KYC and a well-integrated CRM system are essential to the daily operations of any HoReCa business, and Table delivers both out of the box. The platform helps venues build detailed guest profiles based on booking history, visit frequency, seating preferences, and feedback—enabling more personalized service and stronger customer retention.
All guest data is collected and organized automatically, making it easy for staff to understand behavior patterns and tailor experiences accordingly. From VIP tagging to targeted promotions and loyalty tracking, the CRM tools within Table are designed to turn first-time visitors into regulars, while keeping the interface clean and easy to use for any team member.

Real-Time Menu Control That Drives Results

A well-structured menu is at the core of any successful restaurant experience, and Table provides powerful tools to manage it with ease. Through a clean and intuitive interface, staff can add new dishes, update existing ones, adjust pricing, and deactivate items that are temporarily unavailable—all in real time. Menu categories can be organized to reflect the logic of the kitchen or the preferences of the clientele, ensuring guests can navigate the offering effortlessly.
The system also supports promotional pricing and special offers, giving managers full control over seasonal menus, daily deals, or loyalty-based discounts. Each dish can be tagged with dietary and feature-based labels such as gluten-free, vegan, lactose-free, or exclusive, making it easier for guests to make informed choices. Smart menu management directly influences guest satisfaction, average check size, and overall operational efficiency—Table makes this process both simple and strategic.
