We partnered with the founders from day one to shape the product vision, design the user experience, and craft a custom UI system. From MVP to post-investment redesign, we helped turn a complex personalization engine into an intuitive and scalable tool for modern outbound teams.
With a wide range of advanced personalization features — from GIF previews and custom videos to dynamic landing pages and AI-powered content — Sendr had the potential to transform how outbound campaigns are built. But with great power came complexity: the user journey had to remain intuitive, even for non-technical users. Managing databases, configuring outreach logic, and customizing assets needed to feel seamless and accessible, not overwhelming.
We focused on designing a clean, focused interface that balances flexibility with clarity. The entire personalization flow — from uploading contacts to enriching campaigns with dynamic content — was broken down into manageable steps. We reimagined the landing page builder to support modular storytelling, and added clear visual cues to guide users through video personalization, AI-generated copy, and asset customization. All while maintaining a cohesive and scalable visual system.
One of Sendr’s standout features is its ability to auto-generate personalized video scripts using contact data. Users can insert dynamic variables like a recipient’s name, job title, or company into the script — and then choose from multiple AI-generated voiceovers to bring the message to life. This made creating video content feel less like production, and more like conversation — instantly scalable across hundreds of leads.
Once a campaign is sent, Sendr provides granular insights into how each lead interacts with it. Whether someone opened an email, watched the video, clicked a link, or booked a call — all reactions are captured in real time. This allows outreach teams to identify high-intent prospects, fine-tune their messaging, and measure what content actually resonates.
We joined the Sendr team at the earliest stage — helping define the product concept, map user flows, and build the initial information architecture. The MVP was quickly launched using Bubble and Untitled UI to validate the core idea.
After securing investment, we led a full UX/UI redesign. This included rethinking key interactions, refining personalization flows, and creating a custom visual language aligned with the brand. We also supported internal QA, tested with beta users, and iterated based on real feedback.
