The project aims to transform conventional courier and logistics services, addressing their inefficiencies. It tackles extended delivery times, fragility concerns, and inadequate tracking systems. Our solution offers an on-demand logistics and courier service, fast and efficient. Similar to BlaBlaCar's ridesharing model, we utilize unused trunk spaces to optimize intercity travel, ensuring swift deliveries between nearby destinations.

This innovative method easily accommodates irregular and delicate items without excessive packing requirements. Our system boasts robust tracking abilities and enables seamless two-way communication, overcoming limitations seen in traditional logistics. Ultimately, we've streamlined delivery processes, enhancing speed, reliability, and convenience for both senders and recipients.

The design process encompasses the collection of requirements, development of user personas, prototyping, user testing, and iterative refinement, ultimately leading to the creation of a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing product.
