What is this?

An end-to-end example of high-level product strategy and design, showing how an initial client brief evolves into a polished high-fidelity prototype.

I go beyond the typical “pretty picture” approach to design. Using the Double Diamond method, I bring strategic, phased design thinking that 99% of designers overlook. My process combines deep research with purposeful design to deliver products that are not only visually appealing but also built for real-world impact".

Who is this for?

Ideal for teams in any industry looking to design a digital product, long-term feature / roadmap support, define a unique value proposition, or build an MVP for pitching and testing.

An Example Client Brief

How might we create an app that gives Young Professionals an easy way of micro-investing, by making use of recognisable patterns for them?"

01 | The Discover Stage

I. Defining a Problem Statement:

I identify the core problem through research and user feedback to ensure I’m addressing the right challenge. It all starts with questions to discover problems, NOT ideas..

II. User Personas

Creating detailed profiles of the target users, I learn about their needs, goals, and frustrations to better understand their perspectives.

III. Customer Journey

I map out the user’s entire experience to uncover pain points and identify opportunities to improve the flow.

IV. Competitive Analysis

I analyze similar products in the market to understand their strengths and weaknesses, helping find ways to make your product stand out.

02 | The Define Stage

I. Reverse Ideation

I challenge existing solutions and brainstorm fresh approaches to uncover new and effective ways to solve the problem.

II. Defining the UVP

I clarify what makes your product unique, ensuring it resonates with users and stands out from competitors.
Based on the prior research, we decided to focus on the social side of investing.
UVP: The Social Account lets young professionals micro-invest toward shared financial goals, using social features to keep it fun and motivating. You and a friend can work toward the same goal, each with separate accounts and full control over your funds.
With predefined investment strategies, it’s easy to start micro-investing without the need for in-depth research. This approach makes investing social, accessible, and rewarding, fostering learning along the way.

III. Defining Core MVP Features ('App Map')

I define the essential features for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), focusing on the core functionalities that deliver the most value.

03 | The Develop Stage

I. User Flows

I create visual representations of how users will navigate the product, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.

II. Wireframing & Low-Fidelity Prototype

I design low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the layout and interactions, providing a structure for the detailed design phase.
I build a basic, interactive prototype to test core concepts and gather initial feedback from users.

III. High-Fidelity Prototype

I refine the design into a fully interactive, polished prototype, resembling the final product for comprehensive user testing and validation.
