As the Marketing and Event Manager for a wellness and food retreat company, I played a key role in orchestrating retreats in both Bali and Noosa, Australia. My responsibilities spanned the full spectrum of event management and marketing, ensuring the seamless execution and promotion of each retreat. Key areas of my involvement included:

Pre-Event Marketing: Developed and implemented comprehensive marketing strategies to build excitement and drive attendance. This included creating compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and coordinating with influencers and partners to maximise reach.

Photo and Video Content: Managed the creation of high-quality visual content to enhance branding and promotional materials, ensuring that all media aligned with the retreat's aesthetic and messaging.

Branding: Strengthened the retreat’s brand identity through cohesive and engaging branding efforts.

Retreat Pricing Structures: Analysed market trends and competitor pricing to develop effective pricing strategies. Collaborated with stakeholders to set competitive yet profitable pricing models that reflected the value of the retreats.

Event Management: Managed all logistical aspects of the retreats, including venue coordination, schedule planning, and on-site supervision. Ensured that every detail was meticulously handled to deliver a smooth and memorable experience for retreat attendees.

Email Campaigns: Designed and executed targeted email campaigns to communicate with potential and existing attendees,.

Day-to-Day Retreat Assistance: Provided hands-on support during retreats, addressing any issues that arose and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Coordinated with staff and vendors to maintain smooth operations throughout the event.
