Luce Places: Remote Selling

Luce Places is a clienteling tool utilized by 16,000 sales associates across 6 fashion houses at Kering. Kering collaborated with Awake, the design agency I worked for, on the design and development of this tool. One of the features I worked on was remote selling. The project's objective was to create a minimum viable product (MVP) remote selling feature that would help sales associates address their challenges and ultimately increase remote sales.
