Uxability: SaaS Dashboard & Mobile App for Design Subscriptions

Uxability gives subscription clients one place to request design and development work, follow active projects, and see how their plan is being used.
I designed the experience across responsive web and mobile. Clients needed to start a request quickly and understand what was moving through the current sprint. Remaining hours also had to stay visible without sending them into another tool.
The work covered the dashboard, service catalog, request flow, and project selection. Sprint tracking and the mobile views used the same component system.

Desktop and mobile use the same catalog structure, so service search stays familiar on either screen.
Starting a request opens a focused three-step panel while the dashboard remains visible behind it.
Sprint status sits at the top of the desktop dashboard, followed by active projects and plan usage.
On mobile, clients can browse categories and start a service request without leaving the flow.
Before attaching a request, clients can select an active project and see its owners and progress.
The mobile dashboard keeps the current sprint and project progress readable on a smaller screen.
The same status language carries across desktop and mobile for requests, projects, and remaining hours.
Service requests and sprint tracking each get a mobile layout built for the smaller screen.
The bottom navigation keeps the dashboard, inbox, projects, and sprints within thumb reach.
