The tedious process of assessing each candidate’s application has given rise to technology like the applicant tracking tool which makes the process less tedious. But none has replaced the shortlisting process.
With a flagship AI tool and a list of granular data analytics features, Skillstats’ pilot application automates the shortlisting process, selecting the best-fit candidates based on your recruitment budget.
In a market saturated with established players like BambooHR, Skillstats had to come in with a clear positioning that highlighted its standout features as well as the major user pain points. This led to an ingredient brand called Primeteam AI. We developed brand messaging around two ideas; smart recruitment and assembling your dream team. I used complex gradients across the identity system to reflect the dynamic nature of the technology that Skillstats uses.
