WPES (CRM): The main CRM for requesting and delivering infrastructure for telephony communications in Greece by the wholesale partners.

ARIS and V-ARIS(CRM): CRM that enables renting adsl and vdsl services to wholesale partners. LLU (CRM): CRM used by wholesale partners to rent lines of the existing network telephony.

Cosmote deals for you (ATG e-commerce): Retail website that offers deals to the general public.

WOMS (CRM): The main retail system that was used from all customer/agents of the national telecommunications in Greece.

External service provider’s roles & responsibilities in the project:

Main duties include:

• Client Facing Meetings.

• Implement in Front-end & back-end (with a focus on back-end) delivering solutions that extend the functionalities of the current system and/or adding new ones.

• Propose Technical Solutions for the Wholesale Area.

• Participating in all levels of the project creation (Taking Requirements,Plan, Design, Implement, Test,Document).

• Implement in Front-end & back-end (with a focus on back-end) delivering solutions that extend the functionalities of the current system and/or adding new ones.

Technologies and methodologies used by the external service provider in the project: Waterfall methodology.
