Hey [FIRST NAME GOES HERE],
Ever come home from the supermarket & wonder how you ended up with so many things?
We’ve all been there.
You see a buy-one-get-one deal on your favorite cereal and… whoops.
But unlike cereal, coffee does go stale. Faster than you’d think.
So if you end up buying coffee in bulk, you’ve gotta be careful.
Opening a bag of coffee beans exposes it to air and light, both of which cause it to lose its freshness.
This means, the fresher you buy it, the longer it lasts — just like fresh veggies or fruits.
Also, grinding your beans as close to brewing as possible keeps some of the freshness sealed in.
And then there’s the matter of storing your beans the right way.
We cover all those points in our article…

PS: The best short-term solution for storing your coffee is to keep it in resealable, valved bags. Basically, the same packaging the coffee came in (if you’re buying from a roaster).
To enjoy the full spectrum of flavors & aromas of your beans for longer, you’ll need to pay attention to all the points in our article.
