In this crucial growth phase with an expanding business model and a new leadership team, we partnered with bSecure to help build a stand-out brand experience to cement their position as a trusted partner for individuals and businesses alike.​​​​​​​

Through our multi-year collaboration, we meticulously crafted a brand experience for merchants, customers, and internal teams. Our strategy emphasized positioning the checkout solution as the industry standard. This required an in-depth understanding of the critical role personal and professional financial services play in consumers' lives. Leveraging insights from our research, we solidified the brand's market position, ensuring it resonates powerfully and effectively with all stakeholders involved. Furthermore, we also helped shape the vision for internal and merchant products as well as developing the overall checkout experience used by more than 10k customers each month.

We successfully launched bSecure in 2019, and over the course of next 4 years, we integrated some of the biggest local and global e-commerce brands. During this growth, we shipped some major updates like one page checkout, multi-lingual checkout experience, and AI-agent order confirmation to ensure we continue to dominate and retain our status as the leading checkout solution in the market. By 2023, bSecure was serving 400+ merchants and companies worldwide, processing 7000+/m monthly orders with a market leading G2N conversion rate of 40%.
