• Align with customers on relevant business goals and critical metrics.
• Develop & execute a 360° marketing plan to be jealous of.
• Manage social media accounts from A to Z and back: writing copy, altering images, scheduling posts, and creating content calendars.
• Create a campaign plan, make a budget & a channel proposition to set up the campaign offline and/or online.
• Manage Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager & Google Ads, and use of Marketing Automation.
• Create a website in collaboration with the design team and execute SEO.
• Research and define customer personas, and build ideal state customer journey maps.
• Analyze data-driven opportunities and identify consumer behaviors that can be influenced to drive impact.
• Ideate data, analysis, and optimization use cases to support overarching
business priorities.
• Contribute to value mapping exercises, and support the prioritization of
recommendations according to value & complexity.
• Build measurement dashboards, and report back on customers’ digital
marketing performance on a recurring basis.
