Creator-Driven Gaming Discovery Hub Design

Designing a discovery hub for creator-driven gaming across Fortnite, Roblox, GTA mods, and beyond.

At the idea stage, Readyup partnered with Polyform to build a platform where game creators could showcase, discover, and connect—across Fortnite’s UEFN, Roblox, GTA mods, and more. We saw a broken ecosystem: UGC creators were relying on Twitter threads and DMs to share their work. We helped transform that chaos into structure.

To unpack the real needs, we interviewed top creators at UnrealFest and Fortnite developer meetups, and met with brands seeking creator partnerships. We went all-in on a creator-first design strategy—every piece of UI, from profiles to discovery tools, was tailored to reflect creator workflows and ambitions.

Polyform led everything from product design and branding to website and go-to-market assets. Built in React and tapping into the emerging UEFN API, our modular design system empowered rapid testing, iterative feature launches, and real-time evolution.

Rather than just designing pages, we designed infrastructure: profile flows, search filters, creator dashboards, and connection tools—all structured to scale alongside the growing UGC gaming industry.
