My role was to help the team transform their ideas into tangible and testable prototypes. We were a small team of 10, with advisors in the NFT world and an external development agency.
SCOPE AND CONSTRAINTS
To get our pre-seed funding, the main goal was to demonstrate the feasibility and viability of an NFT marketplace as cheaply as possible.
