Website, brand, and motion for a YC-backed startup
Bernard is a Y Combinator-backed startup from the Summer 2026 batch, building AI employees for home and commercial appliance repair businesses.
My work spans website design and Framer development, brand visuals, pitch decks, and launch motion. I worked across the website and brand to create a consistent visual experience.
A product story built around the repair workflow
The film follows a connected sequence: answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, tracking jobs, exploring diagnosis, reviewing reporting, and supporting technicians in the field. Each scene introduces a specific task so viewers can understand the product through what it helps people do.
Calls, scheduling, and job visibility
The opening scenes connect an incoming customer call with scheduling and the wider job list. Focused crops and camera movement guide attention through the interface, while short on-screen statements explain the purpose of each step.
Making diagnosis easier to follow
The diagnostic sequence moves from product screens into a branching question flow. Changes in scale and composition give the decision process its own visual explanation.
Reporting and support in the field
Charts establish the broader operational view before the focus returns to a technician’s question. The progression connects front-office activity with the practical work happening on a repair visit.
A consistent visual presentation
A light blue background, clear typography, and deliberate changes in framing hold the film together. Detailed screens alternate with closer views, creating space for both an overview and the smaller interactions that explain the product.
Scope of my contribution
Website design and Framer development; brand visuals and pitch decks; product storytelling and launch motion. Together, these deliverables create a consistent visual experience across the website, brand, and launch.
