🧠 Project Summary:
In just 7 days, I launched a new YouTube Shorts channel called Hollowzones and generated over 103,106 views and 152.9 hours of watch time completely organically.
This was achieved using:
AI-assisted scripting
Hook-first storytelling

The channel had zero followers or past traffic - proving that strategy beats budget when it comes to growth.
