This position focused on marketing both B2B and B2C / DTC. In addition, I designed promotional campaigns and other marketing materials (physical and digital) for showcases regarding the Academy and Haircare. I also performed copywriting for that as well as social media and email marketing campaigns through Malichimp and Klaviyo. One email campaign even resulted in record breaking sales within just 3 days. In terms of social media, I focused on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook since those platforms aligned best with their target market. I created a Tik Tok Seller Account and shop for them as well as created ads and TikToks for the academy. In addition, I spearheaded and copywrote an Influencer and UGC outreach program to help bring in more sales and spread brand awareness. On average, I created 15 email marketing campaigns, 20 TikTok/Reels, and 4 physical promotional materials per month a month ahead in order to stay on track.
