Pa Job Zambia is a three-part mobile application platform built to streamline the hiring of local service providers. The system includes dedicated apps for users, service providers, and administrators, each with tailored functionality for bookings, profiles, and platform management.

I developed a cross-platform solution using FlutterFlow, consisting of three integrated apps: a User App for discovering and booking providers, a Service Provider App for managing jobs and profiles, and an Admin Dashboard for oversight and management. PawaPay was used to handle mobile money payments, ensuring localized and secure transactions. Firebase served as the primary backend, with booking logic, in-app notifications and document referencing for efficient data relationships. Additionally, an AI-powered bio generator was implemented to encourage meaningful profile completion by service providers.

A comprehensive platform with an ecosystem comprising three main interconnected apps:

Pa Job User App: enables users to search for services, view profiles with reviews, book appointments, and make secure payments directly in the app.

Pa Job Service Provider App: allows professionals to create detailed profiles, manage bookings and schedules.

Pa Job Admin Dashboard: allows administrators to monitor and manage user activities, handle inquiries, generate reports, and track platform activity.
