Greenphoria approached me to redesign their outdated ecommerce website. Their goal was to create a visually appealing and user-friendly online store that would increase brand awareness, product sales, and customer satisfaction.
My Approach:
User Research and Analysis: I conducted user interviews and surveys to understand Greenphoria's target audience and their pain points with the existing website. Additionally, I analyzed website traffic data to identify areas for improvement.
Information Architecture and User Flow Design: I redesigned the website's information architecture to make it easier for users to find the products they're looking for. I also created a user flow that guided customers seamlessly through the buying process.
Visually Appealing and User-Friendly Design: I designed a modern and visually appealing user interface (UI) that reflected Greenphoria's eco-friendly brand identity. I focused on clean layouts, high-quality product images, and clear calls to action (CTAs).
Conversion Optimization: I implemented various conversion optimization techniques, such as A/B testing different product page layouts and adding strategically placed CTAs throughout the website.
Responsiveness and CMS Integration: I ensured the website was responsive and displayed optimally across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). The website was also integrated with a user-friendly CMS (e.g. WordPress) to allow Greenphoria to easily manage their content.
