Revamping a smart community platform

Designing an all-in-one social platform to turn professional networks into smart knowledge communities. Fanslab contains not only a broad set of features - including an integrated chat, forums, video streaming and uploads, and a forum - but also various types of users with different permissions, and therefore vastly different user experiences. The goal was to take this expansive product and create a holistic and comprehensive experience for the user, while allowing for a customizable themes.

-Rebuilt entire platform’s interface and functionalities in order to better suit clients’ needs

-Balanced aesthetic coherence and accessibility norms while allowing for client customizations of the UI.

-Optimized user engagement by designing intuitive platform features.

-Designed and maintained all mockups in order to promote a shared language between design and development.

-Conceived and maintained a comprehensive documentation system.
