The challenge thrown was to help a school automate the process of manually creating report card documents for each student. I put together this platform that allowed teachers of respective classes enter the details of their students in a Google sheet. This approach allowed collaboration and reduced delay as other school admin and teachers could work on the same sheet in real time. Once done, with their customised report card, the platform automatically generates all report cards for each student in the list as pdf documents, zips them as a bundle and the download link returned to the user in a matter of seconds. What usually would have taken weeks is done in a matter of minutes.
