Collaborated with stakeholders from design, content, marketing, demand, conversion, and SEO teams to prioritize their requirements according to Dialpad's goals.

Assessed change requests and their impact on project timelines and resources.

Owned the JIRA backlog, estimated user stories, and planned sprints.

Maintained project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and project-related communications.
