Project Goal

Build a user-friendly, inclusive e-commerce platform for The Curvy Kokonut, a fashion brand dedicated to plus-size women (2XL–9XL). The goal was to create an engaging, stylish, and conversion-optimized shopping experience that highlights flattering fits, comfortable fabrics, and a wide variety of trendy clothing.

Key Challenges

Limited Inclusivity Visibility: Previous online experiences did not adequately showcase the range and fit of plus-size clothing, reducing customer confidence.
Complex Product Navigation: Shoppers struggled to filter by size, style, and category, leading to longer search times and higher bounce rates.
Checkout Friction: A standard checkout flow lacked personalization and ease-of-use for returning customers and new shoppers alike.
