When a client fills out the onboarding form, two things happen at once:

The whole handoff is automatic with no manual input needed. The system is where the entire business runs, handling the full client cycle. Two separate platforms, one connected system.

The public site and the internal operating system were designed as two halves of the same product. Everything a client sees on the outside feeds directly into the tools the studio uses on the inside.
