What I Built

Live dashboard with real-time metrics and visual summaries
Deal pipeline with drag-and-drop stage management
Contact management with full activity history per record
Activity feed tracking every interaction across the system
Reporting with filterable views and exportable data
Role-based access control so different team members see only what they need
Pipeline and contacts

The Approach

The client had outgrown spreadsheets but didn't want to pay for a bloated SaaS CRM that would need months of configuration. They needed something purpose-built for their sales workflow, nothing more, nothing less.
I handled the full stack: database architecture in PostgreSQL, backend API in Node.js, and a React frontend with responsive design across devices. Every feature maps directly to how the team actually works, not how a generic CRM thinks they should.

Tech Stack

React with TypeScript for the frontend
Node.js for the backend API
PostgreSQL for the relational database
Session-based auth with role-based permissions

The Result

The team replaced a patchwork of spreadsheets and a HubSpot subscription they were barely using with a single system that mirrors their actual sales process. Every screen exists because someone on the team needed it, not because a product manager at a SaaS company decided it should be there.
Single point of contact from scoping to deployment. Built through LintéForge.
