We started with a 90 minute session where we talked through Jess's day and what was frustrating her the most.
I provided guidance and suggestions on one or two things that felt like they would make the biggest difference with the smallest change.
Jess saw that she could implement those. And she did over the next four weeks.
After that we did a deep dive into her work and life process - how she prioritized what she was doing, the systems and processes that were in place or missing.
We then mapped out a plan of action, including putting processes in place to make it easier for Jess to track her work, monitor where things were at.
Each day we checked in and monitored how that day had gone, in order to decrease her stress, work through what was working and what wasn't.
