Scope of Work

I was tasked with creating a monthly newsletter for a small grassroots non-profit organization. The newsletter's primary objective was to highlight the organization’s events, community work, and the clients it served.

To achieve this, I developed a newsletter template using Canva, ensuring it was consistent with the organization's branding. I authored all the copy for the newsletter, ensuring it was informative, engaging, and aligned with the organization’s voice and mission. This included detailed sections on key events, community activities, and personal stories of clients served by the organization. In addition to writing the content, I created all necessary graphics and visual elements to complement the text.

Once the content and design were complete, I formatted the newsletter within the organization's email marketing tool, Mailchimp. I also uploaded and scheduled the newsletter in Mailchimp, checking all links, images, and content configurations.
