Momentum — Custom Kajabi Course Dashboard & Lesson Theme

Self-initiated native Kajabi course-theme design, created in Pro Studio.

Momentum is a course-interface project focused on a direct question: where should the learner go next? I designed the overview to emphasize the course title, a continuation action, and progress before introducing the module list. Wildhaven Trail Mastery appears in the screenshots as demonstration course content.

The visual direction uses a warm light background, dark navigation, serif headings, and restrained dividing lines. The course dashboard places progress beside the main introduction, giving it a visible but secondary position. The curriculum section then presents modules and lessons below the primary action.

The project includes custom course, module, and lesson templates. The course view combines its custom introduction with Kajabi’s progress sidebar and a dedicated path section. The module view carries the same structure forward, pairing the lesson list with the progress area.

For the individual lesson, I organized the interface into separate areas for the player, navigation, lesson content, and resources. Kajabi’s player, comments, and supporting lesson components remain part of that layout. The result is a consistent visual structure across the different levels of the course.

This case study demonstrates my approach to custom Kajabi product-theme development and learner-facing information hierarchy. The delivered asset is the reusable theme, including its connected templates and custom sections. The displayed course title, module contents, and completion values are preview material; they are not presented as a client engagement or evidence of improved completion rates.
