Blackwater Observatory — Kajabi Retreat Sales Page

Blackwater Observatory is a private dark-sky retreat concept. The design brief called for an immersive page that could convey the atmosphere of the experience while answering the practical questions involved in considering a retreat. The project explores how a strong visual premise can support a complete offer explanation.

I organized the page around a four-night residency. The itinerary progresses through arrival and dark adaptation, guided observation, a longer night in the field, and a final return to everyday life. Within the template, this sequence gives the experience a shape that a visitor can understand before reaching the invitation.

The visual direction is dark and restrained, with an almost-black accent palette and Inter typography. The page alternates explanatory sections with more atmospheric moments, including an immersion section. Quarters and guide sections add context around the activity itself.

The delivered landing page also includes residency facts, the invitation, questions, and a final inquiry call to action. These sections keep the practical consideration of the sample offer connected to the larger story. The page’s eleven-part structure gives each topic its own place without breaking the experience into unrelated destinations.

The result is a native Kajabi sales-page template for an experience-led offer. Blackwater Observatory is a self-initiated design concept. The residency, guide, guest reflection, and availability details are sample content, not a claim that a real retreat was operated or produced measured results.
