Cadence — Custom Kajabi Course Theme & Learning Workspace

Self-initiated native Kajabi course-theme design, created in Pro Studio.

Cadence explores a more intentional learning environment inside Kajabi. The design challenge was to give the course overview a strong identity while making the learner’s position and next action immediately visible. The screenshots use Wildhaven Trail Mastery as demonstration content to show the theme in context.

The course dashboard pairs oversized editorial typography with a dark background, warm light navigation, and a bright progress accent. A dedicated course-position area sits beside the main introduction, while the resume link gives the learner a clear route back into the material. The curriculum then has its own section beneath the overview.

I built custom course, module, and lesson layouts rather than stopping at the opening screen. The lesson template brings together Kajabi’s player, a lesson navigator, and separate areas for lesson content, materials, and discussion. Previous and next links keep the route through the course visible.

The source also includes a focus-player control and a mobile lesson-control bar. Those elements reflect the same design goal: organize the learning tasks around the lesson instead of asking the learner to search through unrelated areas.

The delivered result is a distinct Kajabi product theme with custom Liquid sections and a connected course experience. This case study presents the theme design and implementation. The demo course title, lesson counts, and progress values are preview data, not a real client’s training program or measured learner outcomes.
