About
creSimplify is a tool to streamline and simplify the complex workflows of commercial real estate brokerages.
As the sole designer on this project, I was assigned to transform a complex vision into a functional and user-friendly web app.
I led the end-to-end design process, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design. I also developed a component-based design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability.

Problem
In the commercial real estate industry, project management processes were bogged down by manual, time-consuming tasks.
Brokers relied heavily on outdated methods like Excel spreadsheets and endless email chains to handle key operations such as sending and countering RFPs, managing property listings, and determining the best real estate options for clients.
This lack of automation led to inefficiencies, errors, and significant delays, making it difficult for brokers to focus on securing deals.
The workflow needed to be automated and streamlined to reduce the reliance on manual processes and create a more efficient, error-free environment for commercial brokerages.

Solution
Through close collaboration with engineers, the project manager, and stakeholders, after several rounds of wireframing and prototyping, I developed a solution that aligned with both user needs and stakeholder (business) vision.
My goal in the entire ideation phase was to eliminate inefficiencies and automate processes as much as possible to save time and reduce hassles.
The result was a user-friendly interface that streamlined tasks like RFP management and property listings, replacing cumbersome spreadsheets and emails with a more efficient and integrated system.
